At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our Surrey, BC location, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
